  link above\n\nWe will meet in the field at Chamberlin Woods. Park on the 
 right-hand shoulder of Lowell Road heading out off Concord across from #11
 27 and #1155.\n\nWe will focus on removing buckthorn from along the trail 
 where we've been controlling resprouts. We will manually pull plants or us
 e a weed wrench for more established specimens. Root systems will be manag
 ed to prevent re-establishment\, and the woody material will be stacked in
  brush piles.\n\nThis location is wooded and will be mostly shaded. Poison
  ivy can be avoided.\n\nWhat to Bring to a Workday\n\n* Water\n* Insect/ti
 ck repellant\n* Sun protection (hat and/or lotion)\n* **Closed toed shoes 
 (required)**\n* Long sleeves/pants\n* Gloves (we have a few extra pairs)\n
 * Eye protection\n\nThe Land Trust will have tools available to share. Par
 ticipants are encouraged to bring their own tools as well. Most commonly u
 sed tools include loppers\, spade shovel\, root slayer\, mini pick mattock
 \, and hand-held weed pulling tools.\n
