  link above\n\nWe will meet in the parking lot at Ripley School located at
  120 Meriam Road\, Concord. Trail Steward Tricia Garrett will lead this pu
 ll event.\n\nWe will focus on removing buckthorn from an area where we’v
 e already made significant progress. We will manually pull plants or use a
  weed wrench for more established specimens. The woody material will be st
 acked in brush piles and root systems will be managed to prevent re-establ
 ishment.\n\nThis location is wooded and will be mostly shaded. Poison ivy

 rotection\nThe Land Trust will have tools available to share. Participants
  are encouraged to bring their own tools as well. Most commonly used tools
  include loppers\, spade shovel\, root slayer\, mini pick mattock\, and ha
 nd-held weed pulling tools.
