DESCRIPTION:SVT is seeking volunteers are needed for a glossy buckthorn pul
 l at our Elliott Concord River Preserve in Carlisle.\n\nThis property pr
 otects 1\,000 feet of shoreline along a Wild &amp\; Scenic section of the 
 Concord River. It is also home to two rare species.\n\nJoin us as we pull 
 out the seedlings of the invasive glossy buckthorn by hand and remove lar
 ger shrubs with weed wrenches. You'll learn about the biology of the rar
 e species while enjoying good company.\n\nTuesday\, June 18\n2:00 to 4:00
