 d &amp\; Scenic section of the Concord River. Despite efforts in May\, whe
 n Weed Warriors pulled young rosettes from the river's surface\, dense mat
 s forming seeds popped up.\n\nOARS 3 Rivers advertises a follow-up event i
 n Billerica between Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT)Ralph Hill land parcels. 
 Billerica Recreation offers free use of their canoes (or BYOBoat) launchin
 g from Bartlett’s Landing Conservation Commission Land. We will need lan
 d crews on SVT land\, and water crews on the Wild &amp\; Scenic designated
  river.\n\nBoats\, gear\, life vests\, baskets provided. Register now to r
 eceive a reminder 24 hours prior to the event. Registration presumes havin
