  Historic Park\nPlease join the River Stewardship Council and conservation
  partners on October 14th to celebrate regional conservation in action. I
 n October we join people across the nation to celebrate the 50th annivers
 ary of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act\, and kick-off the 20 year anniversa
 ry of your local Wild and Scenic River\, the Sudbury Assabet and Concord. 
 Municipal officials and committees\, local nonprofit and friends groups\, 
 environmental professionals\, activists\, and volunteers are invited out f
 or a special pre-event guided paddle on our scenic rivers.  All will then
  convene at Minute Man National Historical Park in Concord for a special c
 elebration. At Minute Man\, enjoy specially planned tours and activities h
 ighlighting past and current conservation efforts\, culminating in remarks
